Solera

Despite some slow service, my experience at Solera was outstanding. The restaurant has a great atmosphere that's cozy and charming, making it perfect for a nice evening out. Even though we had to wait a bit longer than expected for our food and drinks to arrive, it was definitely worth it.The food at Solera is delicious! I was blown away by the flavorful dishes and the attention to detail put into each item we ordered. Everything tasted fresh and was presented beautifully.Overall, I would highly recommend visiting Solera if you are a Winnipeg foodie. Even though the service was a bit slow, the delicious food and amazing atmosphere more than made up for it. Whether you're coming for a date night or just an evening out with friends, Solera is definitely worth a visit.

Went to Tabula Rasa about a week or two ago and had a great experience. Got a glimpse of Solera and wanted to go immediately after seeing the setup.Finally got the chance yesterday. Unfortunately our experience was extremely lackluster. Our server did not seem particularly happy to be there that day, was not very friendly. 4 of our 5 people at our table had drinks, the last person's drink came half an hour later.When server returned she asked oh.. the bartender didn't bring your drink? .. up to that point the bartender had not brought over the other 4 drinks so we felt he was thrown under the bus.We were there for 2 hours and only managed to get 1 drink each. We thought to order food but with the lack of attention and slow service we decided to get the bill and move on elsewhere.I hope things improve as it's a good location, great look and the experience I had at tabula a week earlier was night and day different from last night.

One of the best cocktail spots in the city. The cocktail menu is carefully curated and crafted. Our bartender Chris also made our experience a rememberable one! Highly recommend!

Great food,amazing service with excellent cocktails and food! Also a very cool atmosphere.
