My Experience with docbraces, Halifax was five stars from start to finish. Getting Invisalign was something I have wanted for a long time, and they made it possible. Right away I was set up with an affordable payment plan that gave me the opportunity to work within my budget. Staff were available at anytime throughout my treatment, if ever I had a concern or question and each person was very friendly. The office is beautifully bright and immaculately clean. Going to my appointments were stress-free and I always left feeling confident in my decision, choosing docbraces. Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, as a patient, they made me feel safe and protected as they navigated their way through a difficult time, for everyone. I would 10/10 recommend docbraces to anyone.

Excellent and friendly staff, little to no wait in the waiting room. And my daughter has a beautiful smile now!!! Shanna saw her for every appointment and I couldn’t be any happier with the total experience.

Helpful staff, with affordable payment plans. My partner has her braces here and they give an all inclusive plan for the braces, so you don't have to pay by appointment or all at once. Highly recommend for people who money is tight for but need braces for themselves or their family.

I had braces in high school but due to being young & naive with my retainer I became a repeat customer, was offered a preferred rate for coming back & had nothing but great experiences at each visit! Extremely happy with how my smile and bite turned out this round :)

I complained of having pain after wearing my retainers and that it feels tight on the end part. I called and Was told I don’t have to pay for the new retainers. But when I went there, they asked me to buy/pay for one. They did not seemed to listen when I told then I get pain after I wear the retainers. They claimed it was not because of the retainers so that they could get more money from me.

The bar on the back of my bottom teeth (put in to prevent my teeth from moving after my braces were removed) came off on one side and was causing me discomfort. Docbraces (Halifax) was the only place I could get an appointment quickly. The office was professional and friendly and the procedure was quick and painless. Despite being a new client and the appointment taking twenty or so minutes, I was not charged! A very pleasant experience all around.

Doc braces were so amazing through my process of Invisalign. They were the most reasonable priced and accommodating of my schedule. The hygienist Danielle was so kind and calming for my dental anxiety. Would totally recommend!!!!

We are just starting the process for my son to receive braces. To date the process has been straight forward thanks to doc braces effective communication and kindness.
