Went in looking for a plain white shirt, staff were very helpful even found me one on sale, I mentioned to the staff in passing that my husband was going to gave to iron it. No problem they went out of their way to steam it for me, all this for the low price of $22.00, now that is great CUSTOMER SERVICE, I will be back.

Nice clothes and fair prices but the experience was completely ruined by their manager “Jo”. I’m not sure if management changed between previous reviews, but this store manager didn’t even know/couldn’t understand their own corporate policies. We will not be returning to this location ever again

I loved how nice, helpful and welcoming the people were over there. Even though I did not end up getting what I want (size out of stock in store and unable to have a refund in store), I had enough information and was happy leaving the store because of the people that work there.

Update: I'm lowering my review. One of my shirts accidentally went in the dryer and is now permanently wrinkled. One of the dress pants shrank into leggings after also going in the dryer (I have another pair that didn't go in and they are fine). Sadly, for $350, I bought disposable clothes.-----------------Friendly staff. One lady helped me make some great outfits for an interview. Sizes now end at 20, but they can order for you if you need 22. Returns with tags and receipt are easy. Returned a sweater because it made me look like my mom when she was my age. Total subjective reason, and they were ok with it.

The reason that I'm giving you three stars today is that a win-win shopping I know that they want to help you but I felt like I was washed, I know that they want to help you but don't follow me like a shadow everywhere I went it was a lady right behind me, because she was really helpful but the person on the floor make me feel uneasy

Terrific service at the Trainyards location. Staff is so friendly and work so well together. Makes for a pleasant shopping experience. The clerk ordered an item online for me that will be delivered to my home.

40% off outerwear. Beautiful winter jackets and coats with a large amount of different sizes. Up to size 3 X. Customer Service is excellent. Very personable and friendly Staff who genuinely want to assist you with your shopping. Very clean and well organized retail store. I plan to return to shop here for for these reasons. I'm sure that you will have fun finding that perfect outfit here. It is a nice store with extra nice Staff to help you. Give Reitmans a good look. You won't be disappointed.
