2 stars for the coffee. Donuts can go away. No trash receptacle in the establishment. Have to ask for napkins then get 2! Ordered 4 donuts and they put each one in a separate bag? Donuts do not seem fresh at all.

Waited to visit 3 to review.Cant get a basic order right; cant manage 4 customers in 25 minutes; cant maintain cleanliness.It would be a 0 form me if I could. Avoid it, just get coffee somewhere else unless you hate yourself.

I was very disappointed The first visit Tim Hortons St. John branch , because there was a swimming competition. A rat ran from the kitchen into the trash can as I was sitting on the chair, so disgusting!! the sausage wrap came out late even though they wasn't busy, nobody knew how to make for my coconut vanilla latte, and the Saturday morning employee with glasses was very acts rude when I asked when i get my coffee . And she shouted I'm doing! " and when I handed the drink

We stopped at the King Street Tim Hortons before going to the Imperial Theater. They wouldn't let us use the washrooms. We all had tea and treats and sat down to have them but no washrooms open for us to use. I didn't know this was even allowed.

Very friendly staff and they got my coffee right away. Great location in St. John near the pier. I have been Craving my dark roast for a few weeks now. :)

Located in historic St. John, this place has atmosphere to spare. The people who run it do their utmost to take care of their customers. The food continues to be great.
