Horrible management and service. Very disappointed. We had no propane many time since the beginning of winter, it's -30 outside and we are freezing at home, they never show up when the tank is empty, they wait for us to call them. We have to freeze in order to get some service. You pay on time, you are a loyal customer and even if you complain and ask them to fill our tank on time, they simply don't care. If you don't want to freeze during winter, please don't make business with them. It's a shame.

We were hoping to switch from oil to propane, and Chris Araujo was our home comfort rep. He was knowledgeable, friendly and answered all of our questions. What could have been tortuous, was instead a pleasant experience.

New to the propane world and Stinson. I agreed to what I thought was a 1 year contract in Sept 2021 as described by the sales person. Ordered more propane in July. Price increased by 30% given the market. When I called explaining that I only first ordered in Sept 2021 I was told that it was not a year contract but based on Stinson's calendar year which ends May 31. That they have too many customers to call and notify. I think we have automated emails that could be sent out LOL. I tried to explain to the customer service rep (Andrian) that this was not my understanding. I Asked Andrian to meet me in the middle on price and he would have none of it. I understand I made a mistake but the customer service was rude and completely blaming. No acknowledgement that when saying a 1 year contract we may actually think it was one year. All this to say is NO LOYALTY with STINSON, shop around every year and do not expect any type of customer service in Ottawa.

Came to the gas station this morning (12/3/22) around 6:40am to quickly grab some gas before heading to work as I often do. Accidentally ripped my bill and was refused gas. I had the whole bill! And the cashier refused the money. It literally takes nothing to be kind! I won’t be using Stinson again. Luckily for me the guy at the Quickie just down the street was AMAZING!! He taped my bill, made sure I was okay and I got my gas. And I happily made my way to my residents.

I hate leaving bad reviews, but man this wasn't a great experience. Today I bought $30 of gas from WO Stinson in Kingston, prepaid on my debit card, and started to leave without any issue. Suddenly the cashier comes running out yelling you didn't pay!" and demanded that I pay a $10 for gas that wasn't mine from a pump I didn't use. We argued for a while and I eventually paid just to get out of there

Well I had to call head office because I was getting no where with Napanee and they called Napanee and someone called us back after a whole week calling and no response back from anyone. But when Debbie called us back she said they will get someone else out here on Friday, another whole week but just to look not to do anything so that means we wait longer. Mind you we bought a new furnace from them and a brand new AC so I guess your not a priority to them. We wish we had of bought from somewhere else might have got better service. I thought Stinson's were better then that. And if you talk to Dean there he forgets the second you hang up that you called.

I was just about to pull in to get gas at the bank street location and got stuck because the street plow had just gone by, right away without even asking the Stinson's gas attendant came right over to help me. I was amazed at how nice and helpful they were there. Kindness goes along way especially now a days.

I had an amazing experience.I hired W.O Stinson because i had a natural gas leak in my house i could smell it. I called them and the service dispatcher kindly send me a technician to check the problem, the guy came prepared and replace a part.The service technician 'KEVIN' seemed very knowledgeable and definitely knew what he was doing.I live close to the self serve and Full Serve Gas station in OTTAWA, and they always have the best prices. Full Serve attendants are very friendly and kind. Self serve gas station sells really good coffee.*On a side note* When I put gas in my car i usually check how many KM i can run with full tank. For some reason when i put gas at Stinson it seems like the gas last longer.I highly recommend Stinson.
