I was told by staff in no certain terms that pulling my mask below my nose to breathe easier was unacceptable even though I was in a meeting room myself. The nearest person was 20-30 feet away in a different room.

the lady today at the desk was at no help at all I was in a hurry to get my registration done for school and she told me to wait an hour to just try on a different pc. she sighed when I came back to tell her it wasn't working and got mad in 5 sec like wow worst experience ever. don't think I will be ever come back here

Been here twice, both times needed help finding something and both times the clerks were helpful. Even with less non-fiction/research materials compared to other branches, the fact that you can have items shipped from all over the province and return to any location helps immensely.

Came here to return a few books and games.they didn't check it out so I got charged an over due payment.DO NOT RETURN BOOKS HEREThis is the third time this has happened.I've already payed 20+ dollars in payments because someone over there can't do their job.Other then that they are very friendly

Good location for picking up books. Close to transit centre and parking. However not great during incliment weather.
