Good pre-bid inspection of existing roof including going into the attic . Good explanation of materials to be used and work to be done. Good and timely communication throughout. The work team was very pleasant and professional and hard working and did thorough cleanup. Scotty did a complete inspection of all the work done including in the attic at the completion of the job and takes pride in a job well done. We would highly recommend Scotty Lockhart and his team for new roof installation.

Scott came by to provide us a quote. He was very helpful at having the quote done quickly. He got up on our roof which we really appreciated the extra effort to provide a solid look. Scotty and his team helped us with tarping off a leaking roof to get us through the winter, including an emergency call after-hours to fix a new leak that arose, and then replaced our roof in the spring. Very responsive and professional, the work was of very high quality, great attention to detail, and they carefully cleaned up after each day and after they finished. Prices were fair and competitive relative to other quotes we got. Would not hesitate to recommend.
