Very pleased with the customer service at Enterprise location on 18 Daughton Road. First time renter for a pick up truck, and it went very smooth. I could not have asked for a better experience. They took great care from A to Z. A big shout out to Awadh, Roberto, and Conrad. I usually don't remember names, which is a testament to the great customer service they gave. Big thank you!!!!!!!!!

Great facility and great prices. Jobi and Conrad provided excellent service. Only 4 stars because my truck's inside light didn't work when I needed it to work. Also, no after hours drop off is pretty inconvenient. Figure out how to safeguard keys if they were to be dropped off in a drop box or something else.UPDATED REVIEW: I went back for another truck rental and Jobi and his team ensured that the light inside worked and explained to me the issues regarding drop boxes. I fully recommend going to this location to rent your truck. This is now my go to place.

This is for they 18 Doughton Rd, Concord, ON L4K 1R2.The price is slightly higher then competitors but that price is exactly as stated. No additional up-sell warranty/insurance, what you see is what you pay and In and out quickly.Vehicle was Clean, they give a fair 200km for daily rental. Even over km rate is only 20 cents/km. Compare to U-haul which is 78 cents/km. The Vehicle was really well maintained and drove efficiently. I was surprised that I paid 30% less in gas then I thought i would have to.They are slightly out of the way as there are no sidewalks near the office, but otherwise a quick walk from transit.

Never met a company that when you have an insurance rental, you need to go in every 2 weeks to sign a new contract. I've been in rentals from enterprise for over 6 months for an insurance accident on my fleet and never needed to go back until the body shop fixed the truck. Charges your credit card without authorization. Dropping the truck off and never using this location.
