I did not like the tomato soup, it tasted like it should have been on top of spaghetti noodles, was much too thick. But the doughnuts were delish!

Surprised to find the front door locked and no signage indicating the hours, despite being listed as open on Google. Frustrating since we drove out of our way to grab beverages before driving over the Duffy. It wasn't until we were driving away that we realised the drive thru was open. A little more clarity and signage would go a long way.

Located a bit off the main highway, staff were pleasant, soup was super hot and the smoothies were yummy and creamy! We stopped here on the way to Whistler and on our way back. Very nice new building and clean washrooms. Amazing view in the mountains. Happy 1 year anniversary! Thank you!

I contacted Tim Horton’s Lillooet last night after finding what I believe to be a 4” hair baked into a coconut doughnut. I never heard back! This is the second time this has happened to me and sure to be the last time!

We went yesterday before going out of town. The wrap was warm not hot. I tried the new everything croissant and it tasted wonderful but again barely warm. They were out of oj. How besides bad ordering do you run out of orange juice?

Extremely slow service at Tim Horton’s in Lillooet. Yesterday, I went inside to order.There were few people hanging around the counter but no sign of a cashier. It seemed they were giving priority to drive-through customers. The one time a staff walked by a cashier, she did not acknowledge us waiting there to order or anything. I ended up leaving, frustrated. Today, I tried the drive-through, and although there were only two cars in front, it still took 5 minutes to get my order. All I can say is hopefully the reason is being short staffed. Otherwise, with this level of service, I doubt if Tim Hortons will be thriving in Lillooet.
