Ok service.Manager responds quickly.As for the mover part I had to remove some stars because of damages done to many pieces of furniture. Mainly concerned about fridge as the door suddenly makes noise and my fridge is brand new.Also, they showed after a very difficult job and it's not their fault but the move took much much longer than it should have as I had moved all the appliances and furniture to the entry myself. Scheduled for 3 movers came around 6 (which was completely ok but clearly they were exhausted from the previous job). It was an extremely slow start.The disappointing part was that many many things were not taken because it was taking too long and everyone was tired we only took furniture mainly no smaller items and I had to rent a truck and finish the job myself.Also, the driver was very unprofessional and could have helped a lot if he wasn't busy harassing me the entire time instead of working.

These movers were amazing. Super efficient and didn’t try to run the time. Super friendly and we’re able to help us out moving everything no problem. Even a mounted tv we forgot to mention. 10/10 would recommend

Joban & his team took care of the move and were careful in wrapping, securing and transporting the furnitures and things well. Was efficient in communication right from the arriving time to finishing the job. Would definitely recommend them for moving.

Jobin and his team moved us during a heat wave, from the top floor of a triplex, to another building on the 2nd floor, both buildings with no elevators!We moved with a different company last year, who had 3 movers. We had 2 movers with Demenagement Alfa, and they finished much faster than the team of 3.They were fast, friendly, and had all the materials to make our move so easy.
