Dropped in to Port my cell number over to Rogers fromKoodo. Rep met me at door and led me to counter where she looked up my info and quickly proceeded to Port my cell to the new sim card I received.She pointed out my phone was working and I had already received a text from Rogers prompting me to set up my voice mail. Great and fast service.

My family and I went into the St.Thomas Rogers location to update our wireless services and get new phones. Francis looked after us and was able to get us new phones with an amazing plan and some extras. He was very professional and provided exceptional service.

Francis has helped my girlfriend get her last two new phones and as a person that really struggles with change he has be wonderful to work with. Relaxed, knowledgeable, helpful, he makes it so easy for her to get an upgrade when she needs it. Definitely recommend coming here for your next upgrade!
