Power Vac

From start to finish I was very impressed with this company. First contact was with a very friendly and informative person by name of Jennifer. She offered a wealth of information and flexibility of available appointments. She followed up immediately with the quote and details on what to expect and prepare for the service.The service tech was Brent showed up on time, he was absolutely fantastic!! Super friendly while always remaining professional. Besides having my air ducts cleaned I opted for and extended service to clean out my dryer vent. Unfortunately it was located in a difficult location. Brent worked at it tirelessly until he was satisfied he had removed what appeared to be the start of birds nest and years of dryer lint. A potential fire averted !!I apologize for the long story but I wanted all parties mentioned to be highlighted as they made this entire experience so pleasant.Kudos to PowerVac for having such wonderful staff.I would definitely use them again, as well as recommending them to a friend.Best regardsKim

Duct Cleaning/Furnace filter cleaning: Mike & Cameron did an excellent job. They were running a bit late but called to let me know when they would be arriving which I appreciated. They worked steadily & I feel did a thorough job. Our ducts had not been cleaned in many years. The air quality in our home has noticeably improved. They answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for someone to clean their house ducts

Overall was a good experience. I wouldn’t know 100% because this was our first time having our ducts cleaned. The technician showed up on time and used her time efficiently. She educated us about the process before starting so we would understand. Our ducts were very dirty and I think causing some health issues so looking forward to seeing if this cleaning has made a difference!

Had my ducts cleaned as there was more than usual dust.Main returns had a layer of dust/construction . Now they are clean and dust is minimal now.

Pretty good experience. The only other comment, I would is, please update your records. You have the wrong residential address in your system for my house. I asked a couple of times for it to be updated, but seems like nobody is taking the request seriously. This is no reflection on Leda (she did an excellent job), but on your customer service team.

We had our ductwork cleaned by PowerVac. Kyle was on time, professional, he explained everything he was going to b doing and did a great job. We would recommend PowerVac

We had a wonderful experience having our ducts/ vents cleaned. Also had an organic cleanser applied to the ducts. The service technician was calm, courteous, efficient and thorough. Felt relaxed having them in our home and they left the work site cleaner than they found it. Slight minty fresh aroma for an hour following the cleaning. This is our 3rd time working with this company as we prefer to clean our ducts annually. Highly recommend.

Great customer service - was easy to set up an appointment and the pricing and services were explained well. Technician arrived on time and was very professional. She worked hard and ensured all vents and ducts were cleaned. It is great to have clean duct work - everything smells so clean and fresh! I would highly recommending using PowerVac!
