I made a mistake in the date of my appointment, and I completely assume that but the receptionist/secretary to whom I talked to the day before I thought my appointment was to confirm the date and address was the most inconsiderate, and lacking of so much empathy person I had to deal wwith in a medical field! She did not even offer to rebook another appointment, she told me you were a no show

This place has the rudest receptionist I've ever dealt with in my life. I can't tell you how the actual gynecologist service is, because I wasn't able to actually book my appointment because I couldn't get past the inconsiderate, ignorant, and unprofessional receptionist.
