The workers are very impatient.Alot of loud exhales for any extra questions or time wasted.After the appointments they would make fun or complain vocally about the client that just left.Super super unprofessional.Texting and eating while we were doing our appointment.

Don’t go to this location to do your taxes I went to this location for doing my taxes and they have not filed my taxes through CRA for 3 years!! I’m doing my this year taxes at H&R block and the representative is telling me that they didn’t do all 3 years of my taxes for me, please whatever you do. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE ITS A SCAM! They will take your money and not file your taxes on top I owe the CRA a lump sum of money.

Liberty Tax services must be one of the best secrets. I started with another firm whose fees were outrageous. It would have put me even deeper in debt. I called Liberty Tax Services 32nd Ave location and it was the best decision I ever made. Their rates were more than reasonable, they worked with me with a doable payment schedule and the service was exemplary. I no longer live in fear from the Canada Revenue, I would recommend Mr, Syed Tax Services with the highest rating. The allowed me to sleep at night and able to go on with my life. No more looking over my shoulder. Thank you Tax Debt Services to a wonderful staff.

I am very disappointed. I went to them for my husband's last tax return and had mine done as well. I had a spousal RSP rollover done at the end of 2020. I received a notice that my spousal rollover was done incorrectly in November 2021. I went to Liberty and filed an amendment. Still not done correctly. I spent 4 hours with Revenue Canada where they walked me through the fix. I will fix it myself. I have zero confidence in Liberty tax completing this correctly. Very disappointed. I just requested that they return my fee that I paid.

I will never ust this tax place again went in to do taxes said about half hour spent two hours waiting for them to fix the printer that is still down and they have nocustomer service skills was told all be ready in five minutes and still five hours later I'm waiting for them to figure out how to fix their equipment never never again I usually do my own taxes but had trouble with my lap top so decided to pay the 45 dollar fee for them to do it what a waste of time and money

Was not impressed when I asked to do a transfer to pay for my fee and they gave me a Yahoo" email. Unfortunately I am in self quarantine and unable to visit the location personally and do NOT trust that my bill would be paid. I have a large return and most agencies would take the fee from my return
