A friend in need is a friend indeed. They not only helped us when we had a flat tire, west bound just after Enchanted forest on Civic Day but their service was exceptionally high in that they go the extra mile, way beyond their work, to help out. It was indeed a pleasure and our privilege to be helped by such a company with such high ethics.

PHENOMENAL customer service, truly the greatest people I have dealt with in such a dangerous situation! They went above and beyond for us, and I have the deepest gratitude for their service! Got stuck in Revelstoke in my 2007 Honda Civic because of a snow storm and Robert came as soon as he possibly could.He clearly communicated what was going to happen (options for getting me out) and the cost.Honestly the most efficient, affordable, and easy towing I've ever experienced.He wouldn't even accept a tip from me for the awesome tow.10/10 would recommend and will use again if ever needed.

They provided fast and efficient service which was a relief to myself and two kids stranded at the side of the road in a broken down car! The lady on the phone was kind and helpful and called to let me know when they would have someone sent out and called again to let me know they were on their way. The driver was so helpful and really nice to myself and the kids.

These guys were very pleasant to deal with. Everyone from the tow operator to the front desk staff to the fella arranging a rental for me; they were all good. Their prices seemed fair compared to what I've seen before. They do their best to look after you. I recommend them for sure!

It's been 20 hours on the side of State Highway 1 and we are still waiting for a call back from Class Towing. We have BCAA coverage and this is who they've paired us with. Upset, running low on patience and supplies.

After having a tire fall off in the mountains we thought for sure we would be stuck waiting and not make it to our destination, fortunately Donny with Classic Towing went above and beyond, with quick service and helping us out so we could continue on with our road trip. This is an outstanding company that we will always be recommending as we can not thank them enough!

Delivered my vehicle to me back with more than 2 feet of snow on it. I was paying impound fees.... $600 with under 5km tows for a week. Definitely dealt with much better impound / tow company's especially over the holidays
