Jason was very professional when completing a WETT inspection for us. He managed to fit us in at the end of a long day which we really appreciated. He explained things to us very clearly so we understood the process. His follow-up after we made the changes he recommended was prompt. Ultimately the report was provided in a timely fashion which our timeline required. Our insurance broker had recommended him and we fully understand why now that he has done an inspection for us.

After submitting an offer on our first home conditional on inspection, we had some specific concerns we wanted investigated that might affect our offer. We also wanted a professional's comprehensive assessment on things we might easily overlook, given we had no previous experience with home ownership. Jason was highly responsive and very flexible in scheduling an inspection on a short timeline. During the inspection he was very thorough, walking us through everything he had discovered, highlighting the good and the not-so-good. He clearly identified and explained potential problems, but also put them in perspective in terms of cost and effort to remedy. He walked us through the options for an end-of-life furnace, and based on his information we were able to negotiate a significant drop in our final purchase offer. By the end of the day Jason had produced an exhaustive document detailing everything he had found and providing recommendations for repairs and maintenance. His promise of continued support well after the inspection and home purchase provides peace of mind knowing he can be a trusted resource for any future work.
