Wrong advice from the sales staff resulted in the wrong cylinder being purchased and 0 recourse or options from customer service. They only sell small cylinders, a decent sized cylinder means opening a commercial account and renting.Do not buy here.

They were so helpful during our initial conversation, and accommodated us on so many levels, including staying behind after they dropped of the helium so we didn't have to arrange a pick-up date of the cylinders. Customer service and professionalism was on point! 10/10 for sure.

Over the years, I’ve found their customer service comparable to what one would expect from a fast food joint on a Saturday. I’ve never fussed about it because I was just grabbing the occasional small ticket item; not exactly worth a big showy effort from staff and that was cool with me.However, earlier this year, I went in to request a quote for a new business set up worth several tens of thousands. I was presented the same complete disinterest. I was promised a quote from the manager that he never even bothered to send. I followed up with polite reminders for nearly two weeks with no response, beyond promises of the next day or two.I went to the competition and received prompt, knowledgeable, friendly service, from browsing options to helping me load my equipment on my truck.I will not spend another dime at this store.
