I was extremely surprised and excited when Cartier answered my call, and instantly made me feel as a top priority respected client. She is very easy to talk to and get along with as a person and is reasonable, understanding, hard working, and very admirable. I shopped around Durham Region quite a bit, and I found that most companies didn't seem very personable and very scripted. She also personally came to check out the space the SAME DAY I called!!I called for a Deep Clean as I was moving into a place with an existing tenant in an older home, which needed it. She is honest and amazing in cleaning. She listens to instructions well and helps in organizing and deep cleans as well.
