Biryani Bar was a lucky find for me and my friends! A small joint mainly for take-out with soul-enriching Indian food. The ambience was not that of a restaurant but the service and reception was exceptional! The owners and the staff are a bunch of really friendly peeps. The food was exquisite! Would definitely visit again when in Waterloo, ON. What we ate:1. Achari Paneer Tikka2. Dal Makhni3. Paneer Tikka Masala

We ordered Kadahi panner with tandoori roti and Naan from here for the first time, and the experience ordering from this place was not good. The kadahi panner should be thick n blend into bell pepper n onion pieces but it was liquidy and extra methi flavour was there, don't know what new they wanted to invent. Tandoori roti n Naan were chewy not soft and very thin. So on the whole not good and might not be going to order from here again.

This has got to be the worst biryani I have ever had in my life and the name of the restaurant is biryani bar for crying out loud. They make their rice and chicken separately, I ordered Vijayawada biryani and what a horrible tasting meal this was. I woukd never visit this place again.

We are going to this place for last 1.5 years and the chicken 65 biriyani used to be good. Yesterday we ordered 2 chicken 65 Biriyani and it tastes like Chili chicken. All chicken pieces are hard and all of us were completely confused on what the chef exactly tried to do. For the first time in my life I have experienced that different colors of bell peppers were used. Overall, our Friday dinner was completely ruined and we will not visit this place again.

The owner and the staff are amazing!I've eaten here 4 times already and once you try it for the first time, I promise you will go back :D .The food is delicious and top notch, the spice is great and whatever you get, I'm sure you won't regret it.Highly recommend Chilly Chicken Biryani! That's my favorite so far. The portions are really good and you'll be satisfied with whatever you choose to try.

Got panner biryani takeout. Huge portion and very fresh and flavourful! Less saucy than expected but I am not very familiar with biryani so that's on me. Going to share the leftovers for dinner tonight! Very quick and easy to order. Very happy with the dish and will be trying more!

I got the butter chicken Biryani with some garlic naan and it came to around $23. Which might seem like alot for one order but it turned out to be 3 hearty meals for me and my husband. Leftovers to look forward to!!!

I ordered chicken dum biryani and i found long hair in it. Taste was not good. I will never visit again in my life. I have to throw that all.

i visited here in may, i was on vacation in canada [visiting from the US]. i ordered a butter chicken biryani and a mango lassi [depicted in the photos], both were fantastic!!! i wish there was food like this where i live, hopefully that day will come. but next time i'm in canada, i will stop by again for sure.
