Paw Spa

Great service, very friendly, very knowledgeable and knows what she is doing. My dog was smelling and looking so good for the whole week.

I have been going to Judy for 12 years, I have recommended her to all my friends and they are going to her as well. When I tell my dogs that they are going for a hair cut they get all excited. I love the service she can always fit me in at the last moment. I love Judy as well an appreciate her comments and what she finds on the dogs when I pick up my animals sometimes are things I wasn't aware of . I would not take my dog to anybody else.

Taking my baby for a second time there, hoping all goes well. I will keep you guys posted.Followup- on last communication: june 8- owner Judy called me and addressed my concerns with the utmost respect, patience and understanding. My concerns were addressed and I am pleased with her service. I recommend this place wholeheartedly with Judy as the owner and for seer of my babies. I Will continue with their services with Judy for now until I am comfortable with the other staffs. Star upgraded to 5 star.June 8- spoke to Karen, was not very nice as she was already on the table attending to another pet (short staffed presumably )Waiting to speak to Judy possibly the owner because she had more patience for my inquiry. Think I might have to take my business else where. The service for my dog was satisfactory but the communication with staff was dreadful. Removed 1 star

I brought my two cats in for a bath, trim and teeth cleaning after six months. Judy did a thorough job with grooming them. They were also generally less upset than they usually are after returning from the groomers, so I’m certain that they were treated well. Thanks!

I have a difficult jack russell & Judy handles her perfectly & has no trouble with her. Judy is extremely experienced & has taught me things no other groomer has even mentioned to me. Judy is also very accommodating & easy going. I have had different groomers over the years for our other 2 dogs & now our jack russell & Judy is the most knowledgeable, experienced groomer. I am happy I found her & am beyond pleased with her services. She really is the best!

Judy has been grooming my dog for years (every 4 months) and i would highly recommend her. I have never been disappointed. This grooming service does take longer so that your pet is not stressed, so plan accordingly.

Judy is incredible! We have 3 dogs, with three different personalities. She knows how to work with all of them and is so patient with our little rescue Charlie. Not to mention the knowledge she has and shares with us about food, treats, and allergies! I wouldn't trust my babies with anyone else!!!

I was shocked how rude the staff/owner was. I asked if she was having a bad day, or if this is how it is here in general. Apparently being rude to customers and stressing out animals is completely normal at the paw spa. I would not recommend this place to anyone, or ever go back.It says on the website that they are great at calming down stressed out animals. My one cat was just at the vet and almost didn’t make it, so he is reasonably stressed out. She took him into a back room and I immediately heard several dogs barking at him. I could then hear him screaming multiple times and there was clearly no attempt to reduce his stress. When she was finished, she came out, plunked his crate on the floor and said how terrible he was.The owner was unbelievably rude and made this an awful experience for both me and my pet. I was told by the owner to go to pet smart instead and decided to pass that advice on to anyone who cares about their pets well being.

Oreo always comes back happy after his groom. Judy always exceeds expectations.
