We bought our first vehicle here in Canada from Shay. Not only did he help us out with all the relevant information, but he also adjusted the price so we could buy our dream car. He would rather help us, than have a big profit. We came out of the experience thinking of him as a friend. He was willing to help us find a mechanic, spare parts for our car, help with insurance and anything else we thought to ask. He even patiently waited an hour for us to sort out the mess we made with our bank. All in all one of the best people we have met so far in Canada. We would recommend him to anyone not sure about how to buy a car, because he is very trustworthy. 5 ☆

I bought a 1999 Acura EL in 2013 and the car is still serving me well going to school back and forth with no mechanical problem except for doing regularly service, this dealer bb auto sales provide great service and great attitude. Before making a purchase they will give you the opportunity to see the vehicle history report and make known to you all the declaration and dealer inspection report provided and get the car ready and make sure it is safe for the road. I will highly recommend anyone to check out this dealership if you want to buy a car. So far i have been recommending people from my community since then and they all seem to be happy customer.

I just bought a 2008 Honda Civic from this dealership 3 months ago and it still runs really good and smooth. This car has no problem at all and I am really happy with that. After reading some reviews, I do not understand why people bring their own car problems back to the dealership and asking for repair. What we purchased here are used cars and we should expect that there maybe some problems (minor/major) after. Anyway, again I am glad that I found myself a good car and I hope that I do not need to use the warrant in the future. I would recommend others to come to this place.

Take my suggestion. Don't buy any thing from them even though the price is good. They do put old parts on the car and they only give you the limited warranty which will only pay coupe hundreds dollars for your car repair. I just brought a 06 BMW 325i. I could not start the car after three days and I took it to the mechanics. They told me the repair fee is 2500. It's a terrible place, just don't go. If you insist to buy a car from them, make sure to buy the best warranty option.

I bought a 1994 Honda civic from Shay (an Asian) guy about 18months ago. He was super nice with great customer and after sales service. The car is still running well with no issue. It is worth to come to this car dealer with quality used cars and quality customer service. I will go there again.

I had a top rate experience with Shay. He is such a pleasure to work with. I immediately felt at ease and felt he is a genuine, honest person who is not only out for his own good but rather truly wants to find the right fit for the customer. He had me meet him at the dealership and let me take the car for a test drive but stated "only to the end of the block because these plates aren't for this car" So I drove the car to the end of the block and it seemed to drive fine.
