As the property manager of a busy office building in the GTA, I needed a reliable and trustworthy company for the installation of our building’s new security system and Secure Group fit the bill perfectly. Shortly after contacting Sunny, the Owner of Secure Group, he replied promptly and was available to stop by immediately to provide a detailed, proposed plan for improvements to the building that have ultimately resulted in everyone feeling far more safe and comfortable on the premises than ever before. Sunny addressed all the areas we had concerns about (and even came up with extra valuable ideas that we hadn’t even thought of!) and the final result was even better than we could have imagined. We have received so much positive feedback from both visitors and tenants alike on how much they appreciate the improved security features and lighting throughout the property. As just one example, the exterior of our building is lit up and monitored so well that many have mentioned they now feel safer and more comfortable entering and exiting after hours. We also used Secure Group’s services to install brand new LED lighting throughout the interior and it has enhanced the look so much that we are constantly receiving compliments on the improvements. Overall, Sunny’s entire crew was a pleasure to have working in the building – there was very little disruption during office hours and they were very considerate of work spaces and privacy as well as being super friendly and respectful to all on site. Our tenants have truly appreciated how the crew was always smiling, willing to work around the clock to fit their schedules and accommodate each of their individual requests. My Dad hired their employees for theft protection at one of our properties as we had too many break ins. Their service was outstanding and we had updates of what’s going on every 30 mins.
