Helpful, friendly customer service. I bought a new battery yesterday and brought in the old one for a refund of the core charge today. I had some trouble taking out the old battery last week to get it recharged and an employee came out with his own tools to help. Good prices...affordable...clean.

Do yourself a favor and go to Napa. These jokers don’t have a clue. They won’t warranty a battery that’s 8 months old that has a 3 year warranty. When you want a 16 inch windshield wiper they want to know what it goes on and if it’s 4wd or 2. And there prices aren’t any better than napa or advanced auto. We don’t need these clowns

Honestly couldn’t have done it without Presque Isle Autozone this past week. Going above and beyond to get a part no one else had in my hands next day on a Saturday and being the cheapest price shipped free to my house. It wasn’t in store when I went and they made things happen. By 3pm overnight delivery by Fedex Express. I am absolutely impressed! Thanks for getting it done!
