Our hot water tank had a slow leak. I told Tom's it wasn't an emergency, but they still came two hours later.They pointed out that our vent stack was old and not up to code. I asked them to replace it as well as the incoming water line. Both items were my request. They didn't try to upsell me anything.They were very prompt and courteous. I will definitely use them again.

Great service. Tom is punctual, polite, informative, and helpful and did great work at a fair price. He has replaced 2 hot water tanks for me in different homes. One was a wintertime emergency replacement and he was there right way. He has referred me when unable to do a job he doesn't do. I am needing more work and will absolutely call Tom.

We recently moved to a new home in the Country and experienced some serious problems with our drain backing up. We called Tom's and were scheduled for the next day even though they had to move some things around. Terry showed up and assisted us with our immediate problem and provided thoughtful and courteous advise that put both me and my wife at ease. They are going to schedule to come back and do some other work that was identified to us that makes total sense. We could not be happier with the service and the quality technician that attended. Tom's plumbing taught me a valuable lesson that I will pass on to you. ALWAYS get your estimate in writing. Tom came to my house to give me a quote for a new hot water tank. He quoted me $1900. I asked numerous times if that would be the total plus gst, and he said yes. I told him that I would go ahead and use him as he came in lower than another quote that I received. Well imagine my surprise when I stopped in to pay my bill and it was $1000 more than the verbal quote he gave me. Tom would not lower it. They obviously do not care about repeat business. Avoid!!!
