Great service! My car was done within 3 hours of dropping it off and I wasn’t expecting to get it back today I will definitely be coming back here to do my suspension

Eric is probably one of the best shop owners you can ever come across. Honest and upfront about what needs to be done which is hard to come by these days. Personally I service both my vehicles there and it wouldn't take them anywhere else.

It was easy to call and make an appointment to have my winter tires changed over to my summers. They could get me in quick, the service was fast, and price reasonable and comparable to other places. It was a breeze to just pop back in and have my tires retorqued on the spot.I also had a tire repair, due to running over a nail. It was a quick job they could do, and price comparable to other places also. And also very easy to just pop back in to have my tire retorqued.I would recommend and would go back again.

I bought my truck in September of 2020. Since Ive owned the truck as well as 2 other vehicles and i had recommended a family member go to CopperCliff Garage. Eric's customer service, attention to detail and skills and knowledge under the hood were his top game. I always felt treated well and fairly charged for services, until 2022. In 2022 some the customer service started to decline, however seemed to be fair in costs and somewhat fair timelines to have work done on vehicle. One thing i noticed was that with oil changes the milage marked on reminder was not consistent for next oil change. Last fall was the biggest difference 10000 km ... this was the longest milage recorded ever between oil changes. Then 2023 started. I contacted and spoke with Eric to have an tire switch, a light that had returned on dash, and the possibility of warranty still being available for that light that was just changed with in the yr. Eric said his soonest opening for an appointment was in 2 weeks. I explained my work schedule to him only leaving me a few hrs in a day from late morning to early afternoon. He advised he would need the truck first think in the morning in order to accomodate me picking up by afternoon. I said no problem i will drop off night before. 2 weeks later, waiting for a call but nothing. Around 12 oclock I call because i only have until 1 pm that i can come in to pay for and pick up truck on a friday. 1st. Eric is not available. 2nd the woman had no idea what i was talking about. 3. She stated that she had two other women as walk ins that morning. When i said i had an appointment made 2 weeks ago, she just said she didnt know what to tell me. I finally was able to speak with Eric that afternoon. Who had said he had a family emergency about a forgotten appointment. I said i explained to you my availability for to pay for and pick up truck. He said does not make appointments and how is he supposed to remember every conversatiom with every customer especially from two weeks ago? He advised it was not the same part that may have been under warranty, that he had scanned the truck and shut off check engine light. But it would most likely come back on as the truck would require a smoke test. Not being able to go pick it up before closing i provided him with a credit card over the phone and asked he keep spare key if it could not be locked in truck with bill. When i picked up truck that evening. The check engine light was still on. I finally had the chance the end of the following week to stop amd pick up keys and bill. He was very rude on phone. And when i got to shop i was asking another mechanic when he had time if he could price something out for me that Eric had recommended and Eric came flying into office stating he has other things to have done that day to call another time for my questions. I was so taken back i just responded 'take care Eric' and walked out. Only to discover you CAN lock keys in vehicle. I was charged 40.00 to shut off a light that was never shut off. Which has been shut off and stayed off at another garage since. And sometimes appointments do matter there, depending on the customer. I hope you can find your customer service and work ethics again soon Eric! I nor my family will be bringing a vehicle there again. And i no longer recommend this garage.

Eric has been my go to mechanic for over 3 years now. My wife and I have both brought our vehicles to Copper Cliff Automotive multiple times. He is trustworthy, thorough with his work, has gotten us in a few times on short notice, fair pricing, repairs are done in a timely matter and friendly. I honestly only have good things to say about this garage. They’ve always been there for us and it’s comforting that when our cars have issues we can sleep easy knowing we have a trusty auto shop.

I needed tires replaced, and needed it done within a specific timeline, at Copper Cliff Auto they found me the tires I needed and were able to fit me in when I needed to get me going, great workmanship and good working environment, I will definitely be returning.

The owner Eric is friendly, informative, and knows his Trade. Also fair prices and doesn't crack under pressure or deadlines. Very accommodating, have recommended to many people and will continue to use this garage for my auto repairs

The men here took care of our boat trailer, wheel bearing, in record time. They were so helpful to get us back on our way quickly, to a short vacation. We were told by police officers and gas station patrons to take our problem to them, and they took care of us, with kindness and expertise. Nice to experience true customer service! Thanks again!
