Staff just stand around talking to each other. Happened to me twice. Then I called to ask about printing - three separate times, nobody answered the phone.

I recently went to the Morningside location and had no clue what i was doing.. the girl at the print place was amazing she knows exactly what she's doing..wish i remembered her name..very polite as well

I wanted to photocopy an old magazine from the library. The copy center people were unable to help me photocopy it properly. I spent $10 using the self serve machine and I didnt have the article copied properly. Staples has gone down hill.

My helper was nice, and helped me decide on exactly what I wanted done at the printing service. But the wait was a bit long and I felt it didn't need to be. It's not the first time I kind of stood there aimlessly while waiting for an employee to at least acknowledge I'm there. A little I'll be right with you" would be nice instead of kind of ignoring customers as they're standing there waiting to be helped!"

Quality control of so many products is really bad. They have steadily gone down. They should have 1 staffer walking around asking if ppl need help and that should be passed on to 2nd person...so staffer can continue asking if ppl need help.

Tried to print 2 pictures, machine didn't work. Was asked to email the pictures which I did. Then was asked to wait while a different printer ran for 10 minutes for the customers ahead if me. I waited , they paid while they waited, we all waited some more, another customer behind me was helped with a photocopy, and finally I had my 2 pictures printed. Why my pics weren't done while the printer was working is beyond me. The place wasn't busy, I can see why!
