hands down the best doctor that i know. responsible of my child today being healthy and amazing. not sure if she remembers us but wish to thank her myself. my wifes doctor when she was pregnant.... hope that you remember me, thank you. this being said of the woman that is a doctor not saying anything about here husband but know that he practices too.

I have been with Dr Shukla for years, and the experience has been abysmal. she has never done a thing more than check my blood pressure. All she does is refer me elsewhere without checking anything.Every and I mean EVERY time I need my meds refilled, it becomes an ordeal. They only do phone now, and so they tell me She will call you tomorrow".. But

Dr. S. Shukla is caring and beyond knowledgeable. She is very straight forward and I appreciate being able to get into her as soon as my condition flares up. Nothing but excellent care from her.

I absolutely adore Dr Shukla. I saw him at Westgate Medical Plaza for a few years before he left to the Spadina clinic. I would really like to see him again as he was one of the most understanding and sympathetic doctors I’ve met - with a great sense of humour!! Other doctors have been too cynical and judgemental. But not Dr Shukla, who is very unassuming and that’s what is great about him. He doesn’t treat you like garbage, like some of the doctors at Westgate do. I’ve been a patient for 20+ yrs of Westgate simply because it’s where I’ve always gone and convenient. However now that Shukla is gone, I will no longer go there. I want to goto Spadina where Shukla is - he’s worth the longer drive! A very kind soul who does not judge and will actually treat you like an adult! Too many physicians treat us like we’re not capable of making decisions. The fact is before I goto the doctor I’ve already researched the symptoms and the treatment including medication(S). Dr Shukla respects that! I can’t wait to see you again Dr Shukla you are awesome!!!P.S. might I add that he is also one of the only doctors that calls you back and responds to fax requests. Other doctors don’t! But Shukla will follow through and call you. Thank you :)

Would not recommend. Finding a family doctor is extremely difficult so I gave them an honest shot. Receptionists are beyond rude and the female I saw was also. It was a new doctor appointment . She asked me zero questions, put the stethoscope on my chest for less than a second and said I was good.

Receptionists are rude, sanitary conditions in waiting room/restroom/examination rooms are abhorrent. No respect for client privacy. Time to find a new doctor.

That receptionist is so rude with everyone that visit the clinic. Not sure why she is still there after so many complains. She has a weird attitude with everyone. Never gona come back

Caring Doctors are hard to come by like the Shukla’s, always kind and understanding.

Mr.Shukla is one of the best Doctors in the city he cares and listens to me .I always like going there and talking to him!.

They make you wait for more then an hour even when you get appointments. The doctor takes forever to refer you to credible specialists. Save your self the trouble.
