Just got Starbucks while on a mall date with my partners. Emm was an amazing barista! She said she's new but she was able to handle the three secret menu items we threw at her like a pro!!!! She has so much energy and potential! Hands down the best worker this Starbucks has!!!!

I have been to this Starbucks location multiple times now and have had very poor experiences, one for example I went and got a grande and was given a tall beverage, the employees refused to change it to the size I paid for. I am greatly disappointed in this location and will not be returning again

The manager Dezarai is AMAZING!! This is my go-to store and every time she’s there things run so smoothly and I get my order SO quick. Always brightens my day when I see her and Christine!

The worst Starbucks location I've ever visited consistently never have both checkouts open even when it's lined up across the mall. How about you focus Less on your ridiculous hiring policy and more on people that can actually serve customers....

I ordered before like 20 people and have waited almost over an hour for a small drink. Unreal service they are terrible, I’ve never waited over a HOUR FOR A DRINK. Don’t go here it’s too busy and you won’t get good service

The barista Conner was an absolute nightmare. I did a mobile order and they messed up my drink, this happened twice and this time I said something. There were two drinks, a FROZEN and a not frozen with extra inclusions. When I went to pick it up I said it was wrong and showed them my mobile order receipt, he kept insisting that it was accurate, trust me I know when my dragon fruit drink isn’t right, it’s a deep fuchsia Color and this was clear with a tint of orange. No inclusions. The lady told me not to worry she will remake it and I said thank you. Conner on the other hand was mumbling under his breath clearly annoyed that I was upset my drink was wrong, for the third time. I asked him what did he say I didn’t quite hear him and he looked at me and rolled his eyes and walked away. Super rude, terrible customer service and I’m actually annoyed because I normally love my Starbucks, I work in the same mall and I wouldn’t ever test my customers this way.

Indigo Starbucks was a lot better. This one is bad and the staff gossips about customers in front of other customers. Drinks are always inconsistent

The customer service is very good however it’s always busy and the lineup to receive your order is crazy !!!Recommend going to the Starbucks in Indigo if you are at the Oshawa centre

When I went to Starbucks I think I met the managers Dez & Julia, they were so sweet, fun, and full of energy. It’s no wonder that place ran so well while they were on the job! Seemed like everyone including the customers were having an amazing day! 10/10 good vibes
