Absolutely I recommend Regency for all fountain needs - they are professional and caring, and create beautiful landscape features. Our experience with Regency was in a mentorship capacity. Wow! Luis, Mike, and the team in Calgary helped my son with a huge fountain for his Grade 8 project. From planning, to understanding the electrics/physics, to contributing time and pump materials, and cheering him on, my son built a beautiful, safe and functional indoor fountain with rock texture and real plants. From the bottom of our hearts, Thank you Regency!

My neighbour and I needed to buy the materials required to install an underground sprinkler system. It was so nice to talk to someone who knew their stuff, help us design a proper layout and then provide everything we needed to do the job ourselves. The cost was very reasonable and they had everything we needed on the shelf ready to go. We finished the installation last weekend without a hitch. Sure better than a sales clerk at a big box hardware store!

Went to see them for our backyard underground sprinklers! Luis made it super easy and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful! I have nothing but great things to say about this place! Will be going back again when we do the sprinklers for our front yard! This place rocks!!

I highly recommend Regency. I was there recently because I had to do some repairs on my my underground sprinkler system. I deal with Luis Combariza and I only wish I had gone there first, before starting anything myself. Luis is incredibly knowledgeable and I could have saved myself a LOT of digging and repair work if I talked with him about the best approach before doing anything myself. His service and knowledge are incredible, their prices are very fair and I would not hesitate to go back again if I need future repairs. As noted, I only wish I had gone there and talked to him BEFORE doing anything at all on my own. The people and the business are definitely 5-star.

Bought a two pump system from Regency for a water feature that has worked great for 10 years. Had a rotational ball adapter for the pump lose it's threading and they found a very easy and cost effective fix for a part that would have been difficult to replace. Great knowledgeable staff.

Regency had been my go-to source for the supplies needed to build a pond in my yard. I decided to take on the pond myself as a good summer project. Things has been going well until the liner arrived. After installing into the pond we discovered the wrong size had been sent. It was 50’ X 50’ rather than 50’ X 75’ which was what I had ordered. I called Regency and spoke with Mike the owner. He listened and said he would be back to me. 2 hours later he called and said he would bring a crew, remove the first liner and install the second. 3 days later Mike and his crew along with the amazing assistance of Kevin and his team from Water By Design , showed up in the morning and 3 hours later the proper liner was installed beautifully. Kudos to Mike, Ry and the Regency team for owning the mistake and not just fixing the problem but over fixing it. Very impressive service and awesome to see a company that stands by their word. 10 out of 10!
