This vet's office was FANTASTIC!We ended up in trouble with our dog... She was pregnant, but with only two puppies. Being small at only 7lbs, we knew we could be in for trouble. We had two vets that we had previously dealt with for years who were supposed to be on standby for us in case we needed an emergency c-section and both of them bailed on us with excuses like I would like to spend time with my son tonight". I've been going to Alpha Animal Hospital for almost 3 years now and am extremely happy with the service. The vets are very knowledgeable and care about your pets. They do NOT overcharge and they know what their doing. All of the staff are super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Alpha if you are looking for a trustworthy and affordable vet.

Worst place out there. Front end lady and the doctor are straight junkies. Lucky they still have they’re smile

I had to take my dog in for surgery to Alpha Animal Hospital and I was extremely nervous but the minute I walked into the office the whole staff makes you feel very comfortable.The staff & vet are loving caring and professional by the time I dropped off my dog and walked out of the office I was feeling so much better.They talked and treated my fur baby like he was their own.The staff is there to answer any questions or concerns you have I’m fairly new to this vet and I’m so glad I picked them to care for my pet .I will and have recommended this vet to everyone.Thank you to doctors & staff for all your love & careGod bless you all.

HORRIBLE VET! Don’t recommend this place and won’t ever be coming back.I adopted two precious kittens from LAPS animal rescue, which came with a free vet visit for a vet listed on the paper. Since Alpha Animal Hospital wasn’t listed, I called and asked if they would honour this as I just moved to Abbotsford and would like them to be my new vet; I was reassured they would honour this.While I was there reception then told me since the person who told me isn’t working, they won’t be able to verify and accommodate the free vet visit! This is a STAFF issue, not a CUSTOMER issue.Poor reception ladies had to go back and forth with the VET on duty, and even the OWNER, which both said no we will not accommodate. What kind of place thinks this is acceptable to a first time paying customer? I refused to pay for the vet visit but of course paid for their shots, like I intended to.Shocked at the treatment I received over this. Do not go here!

Great service! Got my cat neutered and the service was great. First off the lady in the front was super nice and polite, love to see people with good manners. Secondly the Vet took me through the whole process and was also very polite and respectful. Overall very clean and great establishment, thank you so much, would definitely recommend!

The most horrible place I’ve ever been to, called me in the morning and yelled at me because I wanted to get a 2nd opinion from a different vet and when my new vet asked for my pup’s files they didn’t send anything despite calling and asking them over 3 times to send it.These people don’t care for your pets at all they just view it as a business AVOID at all cost.

Brought my 8 year old dog there for the first time last week after we found a lump on his face. I was super impressed with everyone. Becca was fantastic. The Doctor was great. She was easy to talk to and not pushy about procedures or spending a ton of money. I felt comfortable and taken care of. I could hear them talking in the back to my dog and there really seems to be a genuine love for animals in this office. Thank you Alpha Animal Hospital for being so great when we needed help.
