had to travel 25kms from grand bend one way to get to this subway. Thank god it was open at 10:30 even thought their closing time was 10pm. right before the lockdown started. the staff were friendly and nice. The sandwiches were made with patience. Fresh bread.

The restaurant door hours state open till 11pm, Google states 10pm, we arrived at 9:28pm to find the lights on but doors locked. We waited thinking maybe the were in the washroom, nope! Very disappointing.Update hours would be helpful, considering we had to drive 20mins to get there... ☹️

I went to this subway, food was good quality, employees were very approachable and specially, Kaitlyn made us good quality of sandwiches. Even though, in rush hour she made us sandwiches according to our requirement with proper nearness.Thank you so much

Don’t order the bbq brisket as I have had it at multiple other locations and loved it but at this one it was undercooked and just over all not cared for it was so greasy my sub was soggy and the brisket was stringy like it was bacon when it’s supposed to fall apart like pulled pork extremely disappointed as the manager just looked at me an said there was nothing she could do

Popped in with my daughter and a few members of her hockey team. The staff was welcoming and the food was excellent. I found the restaurant very clean as well.

In response to the the last review. The people you have left disrespectful comments and untrue statements happen to be family of mine. They are both hard working and by the way, there are cameras to prove your allegations false. Would you like to be sued for defamation? They don't need disrespectful customers like you or your group.

Was here a few months ago on my way home from work, at about 9:50PM. I'd been here a few times before this incident, and was not impressed by the customer service, but it wasn't the end of the world so long as they made my sub right. As I pulled up, the female employee turned off the lights. I double checked the hours on the sign outside, and yes, they were open until 10, so I walked inside anyways. The employee turned the lights back on, and asked me if I was doing a big order, to which I responded no, I'm only getting a single sub. She made my sub, but basically told me that she turned off the lights because she didn't want to do multiple subs just before closing... WHAT??? I'm sorry, but if you're employed to work until ten, whether you like it or not, you work until ten. This was the last straw for me, and I haven't been back to this Subway location since. I'm not the only one who's complained about the service at the location, so it's not just me.

Incredibly poor experience. Sandwich was good. Two friends and I were travelling through Exeter on the way home after a busy weekend working. It was still a 2 hour drive home. We had decided to stop at Subway as a healthier option with an OPEN dining room where we could sit down.When we received our subs we went to sit down. The woman behind the counter told us the dining room was closed. I proceeded to check dining room hours on the door. The sign on the door (as per my pictures) said it was open. This was even listed as temporary hours!It was 6:50pm on a Sunday. In all honesty i think most people would consider this is within regular dinner hours.When I informed her she simply said she would change it and did not accomodate us at all. So we had to eat outside in the rain.I can understand if these hours were a sticker that's not easily changed but this was a paper print out taped to the door which is easily changed. Even just crossing it out and marking it with the new hours.Terrible experience.

I ordered a bbq brisket and the brisket my as well be raw it was stringy like bacon and left grease stains on the bread and so I politely asked for a different sub and the manger herself told me that’s how the brisket comes in their is nothing I can do and so I told her it’s not even edible and she told me yet again that there’s nothing she can do when she is the one supposed to be managing the restaurant absolutely ridiculous and I will not be back ever.
