The landscape design that this company is capable of achieving continuously impresses me. On top of that, the management seems to always have things running smoothly which gives me ease of mind as a client. Aden Earthworks is the only company I trust to work on my property!

This company is very cheap with their workers. I highly recommend not going with this service provider because all they care about is their bottom line. Their wages aren't competitive and they do not value their labourers. They promise a wage, but then they do not ensure that at least a minimum will be paid to their employees. Example : worker is promised X wage. But then the real factor is how many rain days are in a week, or the religious holidays that aren't paid, or the simple fact that there isn't enough hours to provide for even a workers basic lifestyle.Ok the service that they are offering are mostly covered by subcontractors.So I ask you : Why not just save yourself and call the guy doing the work instead of a company whos primary purpose is to profit off the worker, then never call the worker again once they find a cheaper way to carry out a job.My overall recommendation is find a company that is more service orientated , not so focussed on how much they can make off of you and your properties.Yes they have been around for X number of years, but how many workers did there job but got fired so this company never had to pay any benefits to them : fired before the 3 month probation.

I have been using Aden Earthworks for over a decade. This review is long overdue. They are responsive, timely, and take pride in their wonderful work. They make unique suggestions and are interested in making your home look as beautiful and maintained as they would want for their own homes. We’ve used this company for our building snow removal and it was literally worst decision made. Had to call them EVERY single time it snowed to remind them and they STILL wouldn’t come.....I mean people snowed in every morning and can’t leave there homes for work or anything ! Sometimes they run the plow once, and purposely block everyone in with a huge snowbank( and for sure purposely as any human can tell and see what he/she is doing) I think that was out of animosity just for simply calling them to ask if they would come.Also asked for them to fill our salt boxes , so we can do their job FOR them since they can’t even be bothered! They refused to fill salt boxes and brought us 2 small bags for the entire building to be used on all 3 antrances all year around! Let’s not forget the several times people were parked in the visitors and they pushed all the snow behind the vehicles of 2 elderly people forcing them to call the police on them(there is a record)

I hired Aden Earthworks to maintain my commercial buildings in Ajax & Burlington. I was quite surprised how wide spread & dependable this Toronto based company is. My tennants are already asking when the seasonal planters and annual flowers will be done.

Don’t use the service as a contractor don’t ignore the reviews, they are completely scammers and you will runs after ur payment

We had a number of trees removed from our property. They were completely professional and did an amazing and clean job. Working with Isaac was a pleasure too. He was efficient, polite and patient. Looking forward to working with them again soon!

My service manager Paul goes above call of duty to make sure the property in Mississauga is always in top shape. Highly recommend.
