I did a web check in around 2:20 pm and waiting time was 45 min. It said that I needed to be there 10 min prior, so I showed up around 3 pm. When I showed up, the receptionist told me that I needed to be there by 2:45 pm. It didn’t say I had to be there 45 min before they close (they close at 3:30 pm). I was not able to get the test. Wasting my time and driving there for nothing. It SHOULD say on your website that you don’t accept ppl 45 min before closing.

This place don’t answer the phone....and the hours are different to the time in the website...you arrived and it’s closed...

Did my pregnancy glucose test there, blood tests, and urine tests. As long as you go in person for questions and have some patience, they're wonderful. Yeah, the online website doesn't exactly work, and their hours are inconsistent, but I went with my gut feeling and ignored the whole online check-in thing and just did a walk-in every time, and it all went swimmingly. There was zero wait time on all three occasions that I used their services. They were VERY accommodating and helpful. Very kind and understanding staff, all perfectly bilingual, who went above and beyond to understand my doctor's confusing requisition note that two other locations couldn't understand. Happy in general and will continue to use their services in the future.

Very good experience very fast. Only Walk-in so I recommend to arrive early in the morning to avoid waiting.

Polite and efficient!

Je suis tres content avec le service chez le Dynacare sur l'Atmosphere. I'm very happy with this particular Dynacare. Karine m'as donné un prise de sang recemment et elle est polie et tres affable. Karine recently gave me a blood test, and she's polite and warm.

If I could leave zero star I would. The nurse was horrible and lacked empathy. I arrived and she signaled for me to wait as she was going in with another patient. After she was done, she came out and told me that she needs to go on lunch and cannot take me. A lady who came after me was taken in because she supposedly had an appointment. I told her on the website there was no wait time… meaning appointment. She told me that they can’t put that info online. I told her if she knew that she had lunch why didn’t she tell me initially that way I could have gone to another location rather then wait around for 15 mins. I told her that I can’t go to another location right now cause I left my baby and she didn’t care. No empathy at all. Very rude nurse! Do better

Staff seemed nice but could not get service in English at this particular clinic. Private clinics where you pay for services should definitely deliver bilingual services, especially in the National Capital Region.

No English service accommodated for - staff did not recognize Ontario issued pre-paid tests from our Ontario Naturopath and ordered us to go get our tests done in Ontario although we live in Quebec. It was just too messy, lack of communication, and a rude sendoff. Probably best to avoid if your requisition came from Ontario.
