Walmart Supercentre

Upon first glance this seems like a typical Walmart but while leaving I was asked three times to show my receipt. Then I ran back in to grab a case of water and look for a toy I just purchased that my son threw. I was asked if I purchased what was on my cart again when buying the water and then had to show my receipt a fourth time at customer service as the toy my son threw was there. I've never been treated like a theif until today. The drive to the Orillia Walmart is better than dealing with this again.

The best part in the wal mart is the McDonald's because the Walmart is horrible they don't allow employees to accept tips.

Was able to find what I was looking for and this one has everything a good walmart should, including the very friendly and helpful staff!

Usually well stocked. Sometimes at the end of the week the shelves can be empty. I find the staff very friendly. Never had any issues with any circumstances.

I called midland Walmart 3 times to ask about a product the reason I called three times is because ones put on hold “waiting for a associate in that department to answer “ after the third time they answered after waiting another 11 mins just to say nope I don’t carry any of that ( very common item ) and then say home dapot Carrie’s them yes i yes home dapot so they manager of housing doesn’t carry DEAD BOLT LOCKS ! and they will tell you to go shop somewhere else!? Wow that’s a great stocking job and I wonder if the regional managers know you divert business to another company?! Hmm well thanks for horrible customer service and advice ! If you don’t carry that item I’m sure you’ve never have anything else I may need or want so I guess I’ll take my business and money to home dapot !! Pathetic

Staff are fine, it's how about some more cashiers instead of self check out... why I've started shopping more at no frills and Superstore... at least they have actual cashiers

Went looking for outdoor furniture found what we were looking for Leon came to our rescue. There was a set in a box that was damaged we asked about it. He put it aside for us as we couldn't put anything aside for a day as new rules took place and don't hold. But because it was damaged he contacted the company and we got it alot cheaper with a little cutting we managed to get the set put together. Leon was the most helpful and pleasant man we have encountered we look for him just so we can say hello and thank him.

Terrible customer service. I tried to return unopened items with a receipt that I was told previously I would be able to do and was spoken down to by a lady at the customer service kiosk named Darlene. Even as she was walking away from the kiosk desk she was mumbling under her breath about it (unfortunately I could hear her). There was another lady helping me with blonde hair and rhinestone nails (I didn’t catch her name) and she was very helpful.

I get deliveries on a tegular basis and usually very good. Today however before the long weekend ordered milk and no substitute so now I have no milk. Ordered turkey and stuffing again no substitute what is the point if I do not have a long weekend meal.

Was looking everywhere for the New Smashup chips from Lays I found them finally today!
