Dr Chahal was my surgeon after I severely injured my knee at work. I had to initially have part of my damaged meniscus removed and my ACL reconstructed. After some physio I still was experiencing pain and I had to have a second surgery to repair damaged cartilage on my femur.Dr Chahal was professional and attentive throughout my surgeries, recovery and monitored my progress through physio. I am confident that his expertise allowed me to return to full duties at work.I believe that anyone that goes to see him will be provided with the same high level of treatment. Surgeons unfortunately can't fix everyone and a lot depends on the post surgery work and mental fortitude the patient has to commit to recovery. My reconstructed knee is now 3 years post surgery and I am able to do anything I did with my original " knee. Thank you Dr Chahal."

Wonderfully kind and emphatic doctor. We are so lucky to have him as my father’s doctor

Super nice! Had knee surgery and recovered sooner than I ever expected. His professionalism, kind personality and soft-spoken demeanor makes for the best orthopedic surgeon ever. He was so thorough in explaining procedures and what to expect that I felt confident and had no anxiety whatsoever before surgery. Dr. Chahal is a rock star!

I play and coach soccer for the past 25 years.Dr Chahal performed knee surgery after my car accident where I was hit by a car while riding my bicycle while on my way to coach a soccer game. I had torn my MCL and had some micro fractures in my right knee. The surgery did not go well and my knee still swells up and hurts when ever l play soccer.I attempted to contact Dr Chahal on several occasions to have my knee looked again to possibly have a second surgery because many players that I know have had more than one surgery on her knee especially if the operation was not done successfully the first time.Dr Chahal never got back to me so I went to see another doctor when I saw him he advised me to go back to Dr Chahal and finally got me in contact with him again. When I finally went to go see Dr Chahal for advice Dr Chahal told me was to quit playing soccer. If I knew he would’ve told me that I would’ve never had him perform the surgery on my knee.Coaching and teaching soccer is the main thing that I do for a living.I coach soccer and play soccer still to this day and have to wear a knee brace on both legs.I wish I never did this surgery. If you have this doctor perform surgery on you make sure the communication lines are 100% open and fully understood.

Pretty much saved my life. I was a competitive Olympic weightlifter 8 years where I got my acl and knee cartilage torn in a freak accident. It was a long arduous journey requiring multiple surgeries and definitely took a huge mental and physical strain on me but I'm happy to say my life couldn't be better now and dr chahal was a huge part of that. He fixed my brothers knee as well too. He even went the extra mile to approve a special surgery that was never done in Canada before which is probably what fixed me. It's been 5 years since I last saw him and my knees couldn't be better. I still do what I love and it's thanks to him. My advice is these things take time. It wasn't until a couple years after my surgeries where I would not even think about my knees doing anything. Would definitely recommend, heck would probably have a couple beers with the guy lol.
