ECHO Auto Finance

I'm so done with my stupid car. When i first bought it the evap needed to be replaced and had to get a new battery. Engine blew over the winter. Got a brand new engine. $7400 and change. Now a wheel bearing is gone and I need new tires. So everything for that is going to be around $2000+. Now my engine light just came on. The engine is brand new so it's something else that's going to cost more. I can't take much more with this car. ECHO Auto Finance Seriously!? What kind of car did you sell me. I reached out to you when the engine went and you were not willing to help at all. How do I get out of this car?? I want to scrap it but I have only had the car just over a year and i still owe the finance loan!! Only put just over 30 000km on it. I shouldn't have to put over $10 000 into the car already.

I have dealt with ECHO Auto Finance in the past but this has to be the worst experience ever. I repeat do not use them.. I thought I was getting a vehicle and they NEVER delivered it. Now I hold loan with no vehicle. All my emails, text and phone calls have gone unanswered. Please find someone else to help you get the vehicle you desire. Such a scam.

Couldn't be happier with the results of my trade traded my 2013 subaru legacy for a 2017 wrx sti with the help of nazim from echo financing went up and over to help me get the vehicle I wanted. Great sevice kept me up to date step by step all round highly recommended ask for nazim for financing!

Worst business in Ontario. Liars, extortion, and nothing but issues. Tried to return the vehicle within 30 days of purchase and they said that there is only 7 days return policy.

I would steer clear of this place. We had no issues contact anyone there, until there were issues with the warranty. The warranty company advised us that they could not cover our repair since ECHO has not paid them for our warranty. I’m sure we are not the only clients who’s money has not been used as it should be. We have tried for over a week to have someone calls us back to resolve this, to no avail. We will be contacting CP24 as I’m sure their consumer reporting would be very interested in helping us and others get their money back.

This is the second time that I've gone through Marc to buy a new car and both times he's gone above and beyond, even communicating outside of work hours to make the process as smooth as possible. I would definitely recommend him to anyone and will be back for sure when I need my next vehicle!

I bought a beautiful car off of them , they were supposed to pay off my other loan on the car I had, never happened , now I'm paying for 2 cars , I I don't even own anymore
