Worst mechanic service ever. Went there for a squeek sound, left the car for almost a day, paid 170$ for nothing as the sound came back as early as I drove. Never going back again to this dealer. Avoid them at all cost. They became so incompetent.

I was called by the dealership to discuss my lease and return the car early. Booked an appointment. After chatting with someone from Nissan HO (supposedly), we came to an arrangement to return the car early and would come back a couple of days later (as they had to prepare paperwork). At the next appointed time, I showed up, and no one there knew what was going on. No note, message or paperwork. I was supposed to meet the director of sales who was not there. If you reach out to a client, provide service! Truly terrible. Avoid this dealership at all costs! If a zero was possible, I'd give it that.

I was a previous client just trying to get an appt to bring my car in. For some reason they just ignored me and never returned my calls. Even though they said they would call me back. The guy named Mike from service, sounds very rude and mean through the phone and email.I had a good experience the first time I brought my car in 2021. Maybe they changed staff cause they sound very rude now. Would not recommend.

If a zero were possible for service, this would be it. Reading other reviews I can see I'm not the only one. I will leave the facts, feel free to draw your own conclusions. But I would stay away... far, far away:1) Inquired about a 2015 Ford Explorer Sport. Was provided an inspection report that said only the brakes needed replacement2) Arrived at the dealer to test drive it and the check engine light was on. I said fix the engine, brakes, minor paint trims, and I'll buy it. They said ok (August 13, 2022).3) We agree for a pick up date of August 16, 2022. I show up to sign the finance contract. Before signing I ask about the check engine light (IT'S STILL ON!). They put in writing on the contract they'll fix it, brakes are done to their credit, paint trims were not.4) It takes two weeks (August 30, 2022) for me to get into a Ford dealer near me in Ottawa and they tell this Nissan dealership it's a $4,000+ job. IPN (ile perrot nissan) dealer's service department won't even rent me a loaner but instead waits nearly TWO WEEKS until they have a car available, and it's a downgrade on the 7-seater sport I bought from them to a 5-seater Rogue.5) They send it to a Ford dealer that is owned by the same ownership group as IPN (September 13, 2022). The IPN service director continues to be MIA on me and doesn't give me updates, I have to chase him down for two weeks. He tells me to be happy I'm not on foot. What a joke.6) So now I am bypassing him to speak to the Ford dealer directly. Two weeks after the car was delivered to Ford, they still haven't repaired it. (September 28, 2022)Avoid IPN at all costs.UPDATE7) After I posted this review, the GM reached out to me immediately and tried to make things better. This showed great leadership and customer care, but it still took 3 more weeks for them to get me my Explorer sport back (October 17, 2022). So while they honored their word to repair the engine, it took 2 months in total for them to do it.8) During this additional 3-week timeframe I learned from the Ford dealership that Nissan had let them know the car belonged to them and not a client, which slowed their urgency to repair it. Another strike for Nissan apparently. Also, at one point I would call the Ford dealer to get an update, and the next day the Nissan dealer would call to tell me the exact same thing as if it was news to me.9) Lastly, I have to acknowledge that they did give good service in delivering my car back so that I didn't have to drive to them (that being said, it's nothing short of what they promised as part of the sale). But - they gave it back to me with barely enough fuel to get to the gas station ⛽. The red bar had lit up and it crawled to the Canadian Tire less than 1.5 clicks from my house.Again, you be the judge.

Complete unprofessional experience - would give zero stars if I could. Purchased a car from this dealer - as part of their offer, tire changes and oil changes for 4 years were included - this is clearly written in the contract. Went for my first tire change two months after purchase, and learned the dealership was sold, and the new owner was not honouring previous contracts. Clearly, both owners (previous was Albi) were aware of the scam they were putting in place - new ownership does not happen overnight. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. Another Nissan dealer was appalled by this service and THEY honoured the contract that had nothing to do with their dealership. THAT is service, going above and beyond. Will never purchase from Île Perrot Nissan or Albi, nor will I get serviced by them again. STAY AWAY, go elsewhere - there are other Nissan dealers. Save yourself the trouble and avoid Île Perrot and Albi - and any other dealerships they have.

I have an old car. It had an electricity issue that 3 other garages could not find it. Nissan Ile Perrott found the issue and fixed it at a reasonable price. Thank you so much!

I went to day to get an oil change at Ile Perrot Nissan, When I bought my two trucks form them they offered free oil changes for the time you owned the trucks. A nice perk.I called on Tuesday for an appointment and was told they had morning or afternoon on Wednesday, Great I booked Wednesday 1pm.When I got there a little confusion over the free oil change. It took them 2hours and forty minutes to get the oil change done. Several times I went to look to see if the garage was busy. I saw three techs all standing around. When I got me keys back the windows had frozen inside of my truck. I do not think this would happen very quickly. From the top to bottom frozen inside. My truck was parked where they did not have the snow cleared, The lot was pretty much empty. Not impressed worth the service today. You need to get back your staff PATRIZA as soon as possible.

If you want to be cheated and if you want to get horrible service - this dealership is a right place. We purchased 2017 Nissan Rogue in January 2022. The vehicle was sold - according the contract - with a new battery. On Dec-8 the battery stopped working completely. It could not be charged even though the alternator functioned properly. When I checked the battery I found that manufacturing date sticker showed 10/20, which means that the new battery" they sold me was 15 months old !!!My applications to dealership - via phone and via E-mail - were useless. They offered me to boost a vehicle and get to a nearest dealership of Nissan (I live in ON) and "they will replace a battery" because it is still under warranty. The fact that CAA boosting service costs like a new battery they skipped... When I started to ask unpleasant questions like "why an old battery was installed on the vehicle?"
