I recently visited Pick N Pull, and I have to say, their wait time is out of this world! And by out of this world, I mean it's so long it's like waiting for a rocket ship to take off.I arrived at the yard and saw a sign that said Wait time may vary." Well

Bare bones. There gonna charge you 1$ to enter and your gonna find nothing you need. It’s like the units have already been picked through. They should just crush em and start fresh. Don’t bother with looking at the inventory online. Lol what a jokeFirst and last time going. Just buy the part unless your hard up

The lack of information available on line and the lack of communication when you call is ridiculous.For all info it says to refer to website when you call them. You refer to website it doesn’t say anywhere on there that minors can’t go in the yard.I come with my son who turns 16 in two weeks and my 8 year old. They tell me the 8 year old can’t go in. No problem. I walk her to the vehicle and she can sit with my wife.I come back in to pay and they tell me my son needs ID. He doesn’t have his on him but turns 16 in 2 weeks. It’s not like he is buying booze under age. It’s a yard and he is supervised. He knows more about vehicles than most people who work there.That aside. Would it not have occurred to staff to also inform me about my son before I do the back and forth to my car?I would not be so frustrated if it weren’t for the lack of communication from people with a high school education.

I always come to this location. Friendly staff and reasonable price. Must bring your own tools to take your own parts.

What a nice place for techy people. Loved it. You will find everything for any car, old or new.

Pick and Puul is a great place to get parts. However they seemed so under staffed. It took me 25 minutes to get in and the same to get out. It only took me 5 minutes to locate and find my part . They need more staff as the linups are Awful
