Im a lincoln owner in for service. Thinking on trading in so was looking at new lincoln suv. Sales person after i asked went to look for 1 of 3 Lincoln sales person. I waited 15 minutes. Was like a ghost town. No body came so another older gentleman and myself walked away.

A few weeks ago I discovered an issue with my Ford car. I immediately took the car to the Ford dealership, as I was very concerned on how it was going to be repaired and at what cost. I was tremendously pleased in the manner in which it was handled by Mike Lemieux. He was very, very patient with me, as I was quite upset with the situation. He did everything possible to help me and now the work is being done and I am very satisfied. Every dealership should have a Mike Lemieux regardless of the situation.

I am hesitant to bring my vehicle back as the the last time the mechanic damaged all the wheel lugs on the wheel he removed. The parts people are nice and alert.

Today, I had CAA at my house to change my tires on my Ford Edge to my winter tires. The tech was unable to remove the lug nuts on 1 wheel. I took my 2016 Ford Edge to Taylor Ford to see if they could help me out. The front end staff were excellent in the service bay and Nick Foote was awesome. They were able to loosen the lug nuts with a lot of effort so I could return to my house to get the final wheel exchanged. A great example of team work and another happy customer.

Great service, the new entrance bay makes the process so much better. The waiting room is fantastic, and you can order food just like the employees can.
