I have an account at this location. I buy an ounce every two weeks. Stopped in today to get an 1/8. They wouldn’t sell it to me because I forgot my ID. What is the point of having an account with all my information? I will never spend money here again.

We went into your store and the lady helped us pick out what we were looking for and rang it in and then she ask for my and my 52 year old mother for our id’s and my mother didn’t have her I’d and the women at the till said if u don’t have your I’d I have to ask you to leave the store in a not very nice tone. It’s pretty sad that we can go to Medicine Hat and go into a weed store and she never gets I’d. we will never return to this location

Editing my review. Not all staff there is friendly. Just dealt with an a-hole who doesn't handle customer service very well at all! Can't complain to management because I doubt they'll do anything about it. Not cool to walk into the store to be asked twice for ID and have the guy giving ME, the customer, attitude!

Staff were doing a good job of keeping a flow of sales but I was very disappointed with the staff member who helped me. The staff doesn’t know product inventory. Staff said they didn’t have a lower price range of cannabis (she knew I was a sparks member) and seemed judgmental I was asking for low priced cannabis, after leaving and looking on their website I found that they did have options in my price range. Employee was quick to dismiss me and obviously didn’t want to help because they do have the product

Staff there is amazing and super knowledgeable. Every time I go I learn more and more about how to figure out the product I want to meet my needs and then some. Very friendly place very reasonably priced

Great place! Both the staff members that helped me were great, the true a team! They helped me with their beverage selection and I ended up buying a new vape too! Very friendly and helpful, worth the drive where ever you are. 5/5 would recommend
