Music WAY TOOOOO LOUD. I was having trouble hearing a staff member..Staff extremely helpful and nice! Store is clean. I had a great experience buying shoes!

The note to the owner . I wa snugging shoes for my daughter on Saturday and saw 4 people walking away because of lack of service .Please hire more people

Amy is great! Was fortune to meet her both times we were at soft moc..and both times she was super friendly and professional. I wish all customer service representatives were like her. I will be coming back.

Amy was incredibly lovely to work with! Very knowledgeable and was able to determine what shoes would fit based both brand and style, and how small/large they run for both my sister and I. Amazing English service, couldn’t recommend this Soft Moc enough! Definitely walked out of there feeling happy.

Ordered shoes on line. They could not find my order and we had to come back 30 minutes later to pick them up, they said they were ready when they were not. Will not shop there again.
