I was very pleased with the service I received from Virtue Heating and Air Conditioning. When my AC failed Joel was able to get me an appointment quickly and diagnose the problem. I needed a complete new system and I was presented with options and sent a proposal via email right away. You get a text when Joel is on his way and throughout the whole job Joel's communication was outstanding. The work completed was very high quality and everything was cleaned up before he left. The new system works great and I will definitely use Virtue again for any future needs.

I would like to say thank you to Joel as I was in a serious situation regarding my central air. Joel came within 30 minutes to complete the repair and the price was extremely fair. No after hour charge and only repaired what was necessary. We just had our new central air conditioner installed by Joel Salmon of Virtue Heating & AC and must say what exceptional service and professionalism. Unfortunately for us our previous AC gave up during that unbearable hot spell we experienced the last couple of weeks and I contacted Joel who came out within two days, spent about 3 hours assessing and fully explaining the problem as well as procedures for install of a new ac unit. The unit was ordered on a Friday and installed on Tuesday. Joel arrived promptly and explained all the steps along the way. A very knowledgeable, hardworking and kind young man. Fully licensed and experienced. Thanks Joel for a job well done! We highly recommend!

This is the second time I had to use this company's services.Joel and his friend (coworker) had to install the condensate pump, because my AC unit leaks water into the house.Like usual, they were very knowledgeable with their work, they installed the condensate pump.They were polite and professional.I like their work

Joel was excellent from the start! He responded to my questions with great detail and we booked him for the job. He completed our installation in the window that he proposed and was clean and meticulous with his work. When he finished his work, he explained it to us and ensured that we understood.
