Inquired about using Dudzic for real estate services. Initially the process seemed to be going well when speaking to Mark himself. After that any questions I had were met with attitude, and impatience from the legal clerk. Would not recommend.

Saw Mark today for real estate reasons. Karen was fantastic and fit us in the same day as I'm limited on time off from work. Showed up and no wait, everything was ready and he made us feel great about our refinance. He explains everything and answered any questions.I would highly recommend Mark and Karen. The only minor negative was the miserable woman who photocopied our ID. She felt the need to lecture my husband on an exp form of ID. She should chalk it up to not her problem not her business.Otherwise flawless, outstanding service

My own lawyer was transitioning into retirement and we had a poor experience with the new person. I knew Mark had done a lot of work for friends so called his office. I must say the experience was like night and day in comparison. Kim was very efficient and told me exactly what was required and an appointment with Mark was set up. We arrived and were greeted pleasantly and in a timely manner. Mark had everything organized and more importantly, gave us the advice and information that we were looking for to be comfortable about the business we were conducting with him. He is also very pleasant and fun to deal with! Overall, a great experience!
