McKay Roofing - Metal, Flat and Shingle Roofs

Overall we were happy with McKays, we had them do our roof in May. They were on time and the crew was pleasant and our roof looks good. The only downside is I have literally spent hours picking up roofing nails around our house (lawn, gardens, deck and pool) and our lawn tractor has gotten two flat tires with the roofing nail still in it. I’ve also picked up shingles and shingle bits out of gardens and lawn, and there’s still plastic wrap from one of the shingle bags stuck in our tree that we can’t reach. Overall roof is good but cleanup was subpar, and repairs to our lawn tractor tires has been frustrating.

We're very pleased with the finished results on our new roof (shingle). Kerry brings a lot of professional knowledge and expertise to projects; we thank him and Jake for the care they showed to our home. Heather and Kevin were highly personable and professional in terms of the administrative aspects of the project, and promptly addressed all of our questions or concerns.

Very professional business, communication is great. Quality of work is great. Worker’s put in a full day to make sure the job was done . Cleaned up job area. Highly recommend Mckay sheet metal and roofing.

McKay Sheet Metal and Roofing were very good to work with. The office staff was accommodating of our questions and provided follow up phone calls on several occasions with accompanying e-mails whenever necessary. The on site crew were good as well to consult with on the day of the installation and there were no problems or concerns on our part.

They did some roof repair and custom ice guards for our metal roof. Quality work. When we contacted them regarding some issues with the ice guards they were there and had it fixed by the end of the day.

Just sent an email requesting an estimate for a metal roof for our family home. I liked the website (very professional!) and I have a good vibe about this company. We had McKay to install a steel roof on our house, and I recommend them without hesitation.On site, we saw quality work by a friendly crew, who also cleaned up well afterwards. In addition, the crew was 7 people, so progress was quick.In their back-office, they were good at communicating and planning. They responded timely to our questions, and they did what they promised to do on the dates that they said they would. I would not hesitate to use their services again.
