A great job on a dreadful problem by these professionals!I called Mark in because his expertise seemed needed as in 3 days this minor inconvenience had turned into a nightmare. He used the camera and then snake on the line and established we had stone in the pipe and a break which turned out to be at the Y" junction. This break was in the main drain line of the house and disabled all our plumbing including all 4 washrooms. Mark gave me a detailed estimate the following day. He did the work in his first full day opening along with Matt. He said he would be here at 8:30 and he was. They cleaned up well after the job and Mark stuck to his estimate and played no tricks. I feel the price was fair and the work excellent. He gave good advice on maintenance in the future to prevent further problems. This work was performed Dec 9th 2019. I will use Drain Relief in the future and do not hesitate to recommend their services. Their was no incentive to write this review other than being a satisfied and grateful customer."

Mark was very professional, knowledgeable, and did a quick and amazing job with fixing my clogged kitchen sink. I'd recommend him to anyone that has a clogged sink and needs it fixed quickly. It was also very affordable and honest.

I have a rental property in the east end that had a collapsed drain pipe out side which was causing backups in the basement. Mark was very reliable and honest, unlike some of these other companies in Toronto. Mark was an absolute gentleman to deal with, he got the job done quick and the price was very fair. I called Mark to clear a drain in Markham that’s been an issue for a while. He was very thorough in explaining everything to me and arrived during the time that he said.He was able to clear the drain that others struggled to clear in the past and when I asked him how he made it look so easy he said he’s been doing this for many years.I wish I found him and Drain Relief sooner and will definitely be saving his number for the future. Mark and the team helped run an entire new sewage line for me for a laneway home, and encountered and fixed all the challenges related to the 100 years of work on my current property. They tackled everything with a well thought out plan and were always great communicators, on time and kept to their budget. I'd easily hire them again for the next job.

I called 5 companies about a problem on my sewer line to get quotes and get a sense of their approach. From the get go, Mark inspired trust and was very clear about everything. For instance, he advised me to determine first if the issue was on city or property line. All the other companies I called (also highly rated on Google) were ready to go in there and charge without even knowing. Got another plumber, charged a lot of money and didn't solve the problem. Drain relief solved my issue with a much cheaper option. Friendly service. Would recommend.

I called Drain Relief because my floor drain in my basement was backing up and I needed help as quickly as possible. Mark was able to give me a quote over the phone and arrived a few hours later. Not only did he fix the issue, but he was professional and polite as well. The price was exactly as discussed and he even gave me some tips for the future to prevent this from happening again. I highly recommend calling Mark and I will definitely be calling Drain Relief in the future if I have any other plumbing problems.

Mark is an exceptional service person. Not only is he a pleasure to speak to, he is extremely thorough with his work. He really got us out of a bind, when our plumbing was just about ready to back up. Not to mention the extra efforts he took for this weekend emergency job in the middle of a snow storm. I’ve worked with Mark and his crew for almost 14 years. One after another, each and every one of these old houses in downtown Toronto have caused me so much stress over their plumbing/drainage issues that prior to knowing Mark and his team, I was on the verge of having a nervous breakdown. Imagine having your basement flooded three times in a month and after calling several companies, and each time paying a fee without them being able to find out the cause (in the mean time, the basement kept on flooding with sewage, even in the middle of a beautiful summer day). Then I found Mark! I was dumbstruck when he informed me that it was my next door neighbour’s plumbing that’s causing this issue (her basement being almost three feet higher than mine). But this 80 year old neighbour threatened to drop dead if I were to go anywhere within a few inches from her doorstep. Mark could have left, but he didn’t. He helped me devise a plan and work with me until I could get the problem solved. I’ve only called him ever since. Mark, Shawn, Matt and the entire crew are professional, extremely knowledgeable and very courteous. I know as much about plumbing as a pig knows Latin, but they always take time explaining everything to me until I no longer have any questions. His quotes are itemized and, although striving to do the best quality job, he’s also cost-saving conscious. He could have kept these savings without me knowing, but he always passed them down to his customers.I want honest, hard working, knowledgeable and professional people like Mark, Shawn and his crew to succeed and continue helping people. Plumbing and drainage issues are not to be taken lightly because if not done right, they can cause immense stress (I’ve been there).I’ve just had to call Mark back because my newly purchased old house just gave me some (again) serious drainage and plumbing issues. The difference is that I have him on speed dial. I’ll take Mark’s word that after a coupleof weeks, I’ll be waking up enjoying my new plumbing system.
