A HUGE SHOUT OUT to Max and his staff at Ashford trailer sales from Thunder Bay Ontario their knowledge and professionalism saved us from a lot of grief as we travelled home to Northwestern Ontario, changed out our trailer axles which were bent and wearing out our tires we made it home and the trailer rode like a dream.THANKS AGAIN FOR EVERYTHING MAX AND CREW

This place was amazing. We had a trailer to be repaired, and it needed some parts, and the staff not only looked after our request, but went above and beyond to ensure we got the best bang for the buck.I would highly recommend this place to anyone needing parts or repairs done on trailers.

Superior quality service and attention to details. My wife travelled from Ontario to St-John’s with a covered trailer. Some panels were loose and holding screws had gone missing. The staff was extremely professional and replaced all missing screws with proper rivets. They inspected the entire trailer and repaired all minor defects, loose wires, greased the axle and wheel bearings. The best part is that they looked after my wife as if she was family to ensure she had a safe trailer to travel back home.

Poor customer service, and nothing but complaints internally when asked to service anything of European make. Remember being told by one of their mechanics that they hate European cars because they're too hard to wire. Sounds like inexperience to me. Not only that but they have no issue cracking sexist comments behind people's backs when they're still within earshotOverall very unprofessional company
