Easy to park here

They increased the price. People suffering from hunger and low income and these ppl increase. Heartless.

They could not make it more obvious that they are out to milk every penny they can out of you. You call them to say you are moving and they announce that they will take one more month of parking rent out of your pocket just because they can. When you sign in, the operator at the nearest facility will hand you your parking pass. But when it's time to give the pass back, you can't give it back to him of course. You have to go to their office downtown and waste an hour or more of your day. And they don't tell you that the office closes at 3pm (seriously? 3 pm on a weekday?)As someone already pointed out, you should avoid being scammed by these people if you can. They obviously will take advantage of the fact that they are the convenient option (or what *looks like* the convenient option) for your parking needs. Same as phone companies, cable companies etc. Avoid at all costs. Consider this a zero stars review.

The old company was better and fair these guys are out to take advantage of honest people.We requested to cancel our parking on the 5th of the month they said it's too late and it would end at the end of October - we happily accepted.Now they claim they need a month notice and will charge for November too.AVOID AT ALL COSTS - SCAM ALERT

15 people to guide you in.... zero to guide out. I spent an hour trying to get to my car. The elevator would not work to take me down to the parking. Someone showed me stairs. But there were no stairs to get to other levels. Once I found my car (after wandering around for 30 minutes) I couldn't figure out how to exit. Yes I followed the sortie signs. It was roped off. I found another exit but the ramps are one lane so I found my self head on with other cars, twice! I was so confused that it would say exit but have cars coming in. Finally i found an employee. He helped me. And to all the people who helped me , thank you. I was near tears because I was so lost and confused in this literal maze. Once I had my way figured out I sobbed with relief.

My favorite spot to buy books. The staff is courteous and always willing to help.
