My Ariens 28 snowblower had a problem with the gears engaging thus it wouldn't drive forward l called the service dept at 9.30am who arranged for the unit to be picked up from my home at 10.45am l received the snow blower back the same day at 2.30pm fully repaired. Fabulous!!!I'm so impressed with the service of Premier Equipment Ltd. The management must be really proud of their staff well done.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this dealership."

I had work done by this organization last year and I thought the price was fair. This year all I was invoiced for was an oil and fuel filter change. The cost was $977.93 including tax. They were asked to service the tractor and when I checked it the rad needed coolant and they never added it. Although I live 30 minutes from the dealership, and you pay for travel, they still clocked too many hours for the work invoiced, in my opinion.

AMAZING service! Premier has done it again!!!I recently had an emergency situation with my John Deere lawn tractor. I was installing my snow blower attachment to the front of the tractor and noticed that one of the drive belts was severely damaged. I called Dwight in service at Premier and within 25 minutes of getting off the phone with him, I had the snow blower at Premier and one of the techs installing the new belt. They really know how to ensure a customer is completely satisfied.Thanks guys!
