Homewood Suites by Hilton Cambridge-Waterloo, Ontario

Excellent stay!!! The staff is amazing. The suites were super clean with all the amenities you would need. I will be back! There is something here for the entire family great pool, exercise room and amazing outdoor basketball court! Highly recommend you choose Homewood Suites Cambridge!

The suites are AMAZING!! We were right at home as soon as we entered the room. We were all like wow!!! We did not want to leave. So much space, the beds are super comfortable and we loved the breakfast.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We booked the 1 bedroom suite which was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. (Kitchen, Extra pillows , bed sheets, blankets ,towels...) breakfast was good and great customer service at the front desk as well. Definitely coming back. Thanks a lot team Homewood for making our stay great

Good if you looking for easy access to 401, unfortunately during our stay East bound exit and west bound exit ramps were closed making navigation a little more difficult.Limited food selection, but within a few minute walk to strip mall with restaurants.Hotel's west parking lot was closed for reno. Only available entry point marked as do not enter. Drove past and then had to return to gain entry.Temporary covering of signage would have alleviated that inconvenience.Otherwise all as billed.

Not a bad place to stay. Suite was big and clean and semi-modernized. Breakfast however, not good. Would recommend your own or eating out.

From the time my Husband and I checked in, we were treated great. Girl at the desk was very friendly. We were going to go out for dinner but did not. We had the complimentary food and drinks. The soup was awesome. Julia the Sales Manager was very friendly and we had a great time.

I checked in room this hotel and it’s was spotless. The staff were very amazingly friendly and welcoming. Breakfast on time and it was great hot breakfast. Everything was made self serve which I like it because you don’t have to wait for someone to bring the food and drinks. The gym, pool and hot tub super clean hotel and quiet. I will definitely stay there again.

We travel very often and have stayed in many different hotels. We hadn’t stayed at the Hilton before but needed a bedroom suite that had a pool last minute, and this hotel was available. We couldn’t swim in the pool. It said it was heated but was incredibly cold. Even after talking to the front desk nothing was done. Should have known as it was empty whenever we walked past. Also, heads up. If you want your room serviced and fresh towels you have to make an appointment. This was never mentioned when we checked in. Needless to say we will go back to staying at our usual hotel chains in the future.
