On Side Restoration Services

Poor communication. I was always calling to get updates on when repairs would be completed. They wouldn't give me even 24hr notice before showing up.Not professional. Workers would do a little bit of work then leave for an hour and come back later. I don't have all day to sit and wait around for workers. They would also take personal calls while working.

Jordan Robbins and his team came in to our water damaged home and looked after everything perfectly. He is extremely professional, helpful and always available if we had any concerns.All of his contractors were 10+ - from the flooring, carpet, ceiling and walls nothing was done less than perfect.Daniella and her team did amazing job at the end. Cleaning every area 100% and putting all the furniture and garbage away.I would highly recommend your company to anyone that is need of these services.Regards,Susan CAlliston Ontario

Lisan was sure to explain everything in detail as to what we could expect with our emergency repairs. It all went down smoothly. All the trades people that were in and out were polite and friendly, and didn't waste any time. Although the circumstances were not what we would have liked, Lisan and On Side made it as painfree as possible. Thanks.

During a pandemic, Lisan and her team of people and contractors were fantastic. They were able to work with my crazy work hours and made me feel safe while workers came in and out of my home. They indulged me with extreme safety measures by putting up barriers in my home to keep the workers from crossing paths with myself or vulnerable family members. Craig the last man in was great. He was quiet and respectful as was the H20 team that came in to put up the barriers. Thank you for making this otherwise stressful experience of a water backup easier on me! If I needed their services again, I would hire them and I am one of the pickiest people known.

No Stars.This company is from British Columbia they recently expanded to Ontario. They were supposed to fix our damaged garage, and 2 months later no work had been done. We had to find another company through our insurance provider to do the work. I would strongly advise you not to agree to let this company do any work for you.

My Daughters house was damaged in the tornado. This place has let us down so many time it makes me sick. Lisanne never answers emails or phone calls. Doug Ford stood in the rubble and said this would all be fixed...well it has just got worse. Its the not knowing. No one is telling us nothing the insurance company has done their bit but not this company. I dont know if she is overwhelmed or not but for the love of God help these people. This company needs to do the right thing

You worked with talented contractors (Gaz, Nelson, Jeannie and Guido) as well as the Onside emergency services and content crews who were all kind, caring and professional. When we first met, you said that the only way you can do your job is to treat our home as if it was your own; you absolutely did! You were kind, professional, talented and easy to approach! Thank you for your support throughout the mess and making everything work out amazingly. We were grateful to have had you as our senior project manager! You were an absolute delight to work with.

Horrible to work with. There is a lack of communication and can not get the job done in a timely manner. My parents had a kitchen flood and put it through as an insurance claim. Floors, baseboards and lower cabinets needed replacement. It will be 7 months next week that they have been displaced, I would not recommend this company.

I had a flood in my basement and called the insurance company. They recommended On Side restoration services out of Barrie. Right from the start, they were great to deal with. Greg is the project manager that I am dealing with and he has been amazing throughout the whole process. Always communicating what is/will be happening next. The crews that have come to perform the reno work have been so amazing. Very professional, courteous and friendly. One morning while waiting for me to open the door, one of the guys shovelled my walk way. Totally unexpected but very appreciated by me :)I am very pleased with this company and the work they have done in my home and I highly recommend them.
